Vacant positions: Greatway Financial is looking for many motivated individuals to join their Insurance Advisors team. This position is commission-based.

Key requirements for Insurance Advisor with Greatway Financial

• Legal status in Canada must be a holder of a Post Graduate Work Permit, Open work permit, PR, Canadian citizen
• Must be willing to study the Licensing course
• Must get a certification and license and then get contracted with Greatway Financial.

Centrum Concierge & Security: Vancouver based company serving residential strata buildings across Metro Vancouver, from the North Shore to Langley. We endeavour to bring outstanding customer service, while striving to meet with flexibility the needs of each respective client and property. Our operations aim to provide a full scope of services to the buildings we serve. Our teams operate in a diversity of buildings, with most being high-end properties and brand-new sites.

Vacant positions: Strata Building Concierge (front desk role) – up to 10 positions

Requirements for Concierge jobs with Centrum Concierge & Security

• Genuine customer-service focus

• Strong multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Flexibility to work varying hours.

• Hospitality training or industry experience

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

MintClean: specializes in strata maintenance services, offering a wide range of building caretaker, maintenance, and janitorial services. We are a local, Vancouver based company serving residential strata buildings all across Metro Vancouver, from the North Shore to Langley. Our teams are proud of the work we all do and what each team member contributes to the team, their site, and its residents.

Vacant positions: Strata property cleaner – 08 to 10 positions

Requirements for Building Service Worker/Cleaner Jobs with MintClean

• Litter pickup

• Dusting, wiping, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping

• Sanitizing and restocking bathrooms

• Maintaining cleanliness of amenities and common spaces

• Good communication skills
